1) MODEL 1899A TD. Cal. 303 Savage. S# 134724 (Mfg. 1913). Tapered 26" bbl. German silver blade front sight; Stith style scope mounts holding Kollmorgen Bear Cub scope. Rotary action has brass cartridge counter, cocking indicator, & sliding safety; 2 additional drilled holes left side chamber for receiver sight. Walnut stock set w/ schnabel tip & crescent buttplate. CONDITION: balance of metal is gray patina with blue on receiver. Sanded & refinished wood w/ plug at toe near buttplate from swivel. Fair worn rifling. (25-5970/MD).
2) MODEL 99EG. Cal. 300 Savage. S# 545035 (Mfg. 1950). Bbl. 24". Blade front sight, filler in rear dovetail & Williams tang sight. Rotary action w/ 3 additional plug screw left side for side mount with standard cartridge counter, cocking indicator & sliding lever safety. Checkered walnut stock set w/ schnabel tip forearm, capped pistol grip buttplate w/ grooved steel buttplate. CONDITION: good barrel blue with spots of finish loss, edge wear & marks. Fair worn receiver blue with peppery oxidation. Very good wood finish with handling marks. Very good rifling with a few dark spots. PROVENANCE: From the PMRB Collection. (25-5971/MD).
